Vordalonxar is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your composting system purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact Vordalonxar within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number. Items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories and documentation.
Consulting services provided by Vordalonxar are non-refundable once the service has been delivered. However, if you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us and we will work to address your concerns.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact Vordalonxar immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Vordalonxar will cover return shipping in these cases.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
